At Activation Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
